For this archive, each architectural piece was analyzed from a neutral perspective, avoiding local adoration and ideological rejections. By distancing myself from these prejudices and observing the works of my country as a stranger, I not only allow for new interpretations of architecture but also understand them as part of a dynamic context. Intentional detachment also accepts the building as it is, I don’t need to decorate or hide anything.
The photographs capture both the materiality and the plastic language of the spaces, as well as the contemporary life that surrounds and inhabits them. In the interaction between the built and the human, we find the transcendental.
